To whom it may concern,
As a project manager at the Allegheny County Housing Authority (ACHA), I had the opportunity to work closely with Dean Allen for two years. Dean and I worked as a team on several projects and I could always count on him to get the job done.
Dean is a creative and self-driven individual. His unique skill set is an invaluable asset to the ACHA (or any firm for that matter) and as a result, his responsibilities within the organization are constantly growing and evolving. Dean manages and creates all web site content and also designs the newsletter and other public relations materials. He does this all in addition to his other construction contract management and CAD related activities. Dean is committed to his work and it is clearly displayed in the products he creates and the projects he manages.
On a personal note, Dean was one of the most enjoyable people I have ever worked with and his energy is contagious. It is clear that he takes pride in what he does and strives to constantly improve his skills and knowledge. I hope that I have the opportunity to work with Dean again in the future.
I strongly recommend Dean Allen for any organization or project. He is dependable, talented, creative and most of all, committed to his work.
