To whom it may concern,
I've had the pleasure of working with Dean Allen for the last ten years and there's only one word to describe him... "remarkable."
Creative, personable, and team player are just a few adjectives to describe Dean. Always self-improving, he never misses an opportunity to enhance or polish his skills.
Starting as a CAD Technician, he progressed quickly through his own initiative to specification writing, web design, and graphic design. There is no lack of confidence or desire to excel on his part. Our own Executive Director admitted that Dean's talents and abilities have saved the ACHA $250,000 this year alone.
Dean would be an asset to any firm who would have the good fortune to hire him. Just give him a computer, stand back, and watch the magic begin.
