HomeownersAssociation.org
I was employed
by the HomeownersAssociation.org
from September 2000 to May 2001. I was hired by a Real Estate entrepreneur
to supervise a new business venture: HomeownersAssociation.org, an internet
portal to interactive neighborhood and community web sites across the
nation.
The core
staff was made up of myself (Website Manager), an Internet Developer,
a Network Specialist, a Sales Manager, an Office Manager, and an Accountant.
I supervised two neighborhood web site designers.
Our first
task was to create a prototype of local neighborhoods and communities
to be used in marketing the business in other cities and states. We
organized factual information about each neighborhood and built web
sites for approximately 200+ individual communities around the greater
Pittsburgh area.
The original
map system was contracted to a graphic artist.
I convinced the owner I could make an improved and more appealing system.
I redefined the map interface system to more accurately represent actual
locations. I also added keymaps to regional and local level maps for
easier user navigation. Click the links below for illustrations of this
work.

Map systems
were completed and ready for marketing in the following locations: Cleveland,
Columbus, Cincinnatti, Los Angles and Orange County, Dallas, and Fort
Worth.
The business
was sold to Prudential Preferred Realty for adoption into their marketing
program.
